Mikey’s father seems to be informing him of something which greatly pleases the boy. His mother seems to have been in the hospital for some reason, but it is not clear whether that was temporary or due to something terminal. Mikey’s father is seen for the first time in the series, and many fans have pointed out that he bears a striking resemblance to Takemichi. The first part of the scans shows glimpses of Mikey’s childhood with his parents, beginning with a shot of him as a baby. The leaked panels can be divided into three parts. As usual, no synopsis has been provided by the leakers apart from what can be gathered from a few dialog-less panels. Tokyo Revengers Chapter 263 is apparently titled Be Strong. Tokyo Revengers Chapter 263 raw scans show Mikey’s childhood with his parents and elaborate on his friendship with Haruchiyo Sportskeeda does not claim ownership of any media used here unless otherwise stated. Tokyo Revengers Chapter 263 raw scans seem to support this theory.ĭisclaimer: This article contains spoilers from Tokyo Revengers Chapter 263. A section of readers has always argued that there is a gap between the true incidents and the way these incidents were presented to the audience, particularly in the case of the origin of Haruchiyo’s scars. Quite a few key incidents from his past have been narrated via someone else’s voice in the series, but never Mikey’s own. Wakui has given his readers glimpses of Mikey’s past many times before. However, several panels of raw scans have been leaked just now, both to the delight and trepidation of the readers, as the chapter seemingly features the fabled “tragic backstory” of Manjiro Sano. Just let me say that Draken and Emma, in Mikey’s eyes, were somehow the depiction of genuine love.Fans were starting to worry about a delay when Tokyo Revengers Chapter 263 spoilers were not out at their usual time today. I don’t even have the words to comment on this, it’s too painful. In the end, after realising Emma’s body is now cold, he lets himself go and talks about his dream of a future where Emma and Draken are together, with a child, as a family, and all his beloved ones are happy and safe next to him. And considering Mikey knows both Emma and Draken better than anyone else, it’s fair to say that he was very much right. That’s how much Draken and Emma loved each other in Mikey’s eyes. It’s a poignant and meaningful dynamic and in my opinion this chapter is one of the most powerful moments about Emma’s character, feelings and arc, not just because of the intensity of the whole situation, but also because we can see very clearly how deeply she loved and needed Draken, so deeply her own brother goes as far as thinking, if only for a moment, that mentioning Draken will give her a chance to remain alive and fight against death, or at least something to warm her dying heart. Mikey also says that once they’re at the hospital he will call Ken-chin on the spot and I think it’s because he’s trying to give her another handhold to life, because he thinks that if it was up to Emma, she would fight and survive for her love. We will never know whether she menages to hear these words or not. I think what is very telling is the fact that at the end of Emma’s life, Mikey ends up talking about Draken, in an attempt to give her both strength and love: strength because he desperately hopes that in this way she’ll hang in there, and love because deep down he knows she won’t make it to the hospital alive so he wants his sister to feel, for the very last time, that love she deserves, hence he lets her know that Draken loves her, too. When Mikey is carrying Emma on his shoulders trying to make it to the hospital in time, she asks him to tell Draken she loves him and then there’s an escalation of Mikey’s heartbreaking lines. And as I said, I’m referring to chapter 148. I’ve been wanting to talk about one of the most painful chapters in Tokyo Revengers for ages. In this post I’m making references to chapter 148 □, so please consider it will contain big spoilers for those who are new to Tokyo Revengers and have no clue as to what I’m talking about.
